Our business is established on a solid foundation of customer service.  We pride ourselves on providing an efficent cost effective service for our clients.  We believe honesty and integrity to be of utmost importance and practice both in our day to day operations.

Our primary service areas are from Brantford, Hamilton, Kitchener/Waterloo & St. Catharines, Ontario.  From these areas we cover South & South Western Ontario. 

If your service requirements are outside of our usual service area we will be pleased to refer you to a trusted server or we can arrange the service for you subject to an administration fee.  If we are working on  your file and find the person or entity has moved we can forward the file for you to a server of your choice or arrange for a server in the area to do the job.

In some cases a retainer for service will be required which can be paid by Visa or Mastercard, money order or bank draft.  Note that retainers are not generally required from Law Firms, Financial Services companies, Collection Agencies or other known businesses.

Invoices can be paid by Visa or Mastercard in addtion to cheque, money order, bank draft or cash.
